This program is not limited to one college or campus. Participants may be pursuing a GED/HSE, workforce certification, community college, an associate or transfer pathway, or online education.
Our goal is to help adult learners stay connected to recovery while pursuing education, career development, and a stronger future.

What We Provide

Four kinds of support, coordinated by one team, so recovery and education strengthen each other instead of competing for your time.
Treatment Access
Screening, clinical assessment, treatment navigation, outpatient counseling, and MAT/MOUD referral and provider coordination.
Recovery Community
Peer coaching, recovery groups, recovery education, drop-in support, and recovery-centered workshops.
Education Persistence
Recovery-Education Success Plans, academic re-entry support, adult learner goal-setting, and follow-up.
Barrier Reduction
Transportation support, hybrid and virtual access, technology supports, case management, and family/community linkages.
